Refund Policy

At Shop Noelle Cosmetics, we deeply value your satisfaction and are committed to providing quality products and services. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of our cosmetics and skincare products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. This policy ensures the safety and cleanliness of every product we ship to our customers.

We strongly encourage all customers to read product descriptions carefully, review the full list of ingredients, and reach out with any questions before placing an order. Our team is happy to help clarify product details so that you can shop confidently and safely.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery so we can resolve the issue. In order to assess your claim, we ask that you provide your order number, a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will issue either a replacement item or store credit. Refunds are only provided in cases where a replacement is unavailable.

Please note that refunds or replacements will not be issued due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect addresses submitted at checkout, shipping delays caused by the carrier, or allergic reactions. Because skin sensitivity varies, it is the customer's responsibility to review ingredients and perform patch tests as needed before full use. Ingredient lists are available on each product page for your reference.

If a refund or credit is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for processing and for the funds to be returned to your original payment method or sent via email as store credit.
