Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, the responsibility for delivery lies with them.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (such as sales or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Estimated delivery times (after processing):

    • Standard (U.S.): 3–7 business days

    • Expedited (U.S.): 1–5 business days

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you catch an error, contact us immediately at support@shopnoellecosmetics.com

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your package is delayed, please allow a few additional days before contacting us, as postal services may experience delays.

  • For lost or damaged packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. Contact us if further assistance is needed.
